MILA GIVENS

Vocalist Mila Givens has been performing and recording in the Bay Area for the past twelve years. Her influences range from Sade and Etta James, to New Soul artists India Arie and Jill Scott. Mila has been singing lead and back ground vocals with the James Moseley Band since 2003. She has also performed and/or recorded with Vernon Bush, Vinyl, Big Voice and most recently arranged and recorded background vocals for singer/songwriter Joe Koenig's new release "Somethin' Concrete."

Known for her lush vocals and beautiful harmonies, Mila, a consumate professional, delivers heartfelt, groove oriented vocals from such greats as Aretha Franklin, Sade, Smokey Robinson, Etta James and many more.
